Name: Mark Anton, MD, FACS

Statement: Dr. Mark Anton is a board-certified plastic surgeon and the founder of Anton Aesthetics in Newport Beach, serving the greater Los Angeles area.

Dr. Anton obtained his undergraduate degree in biology at Tufts University before earning his medical degree at Wake Forest University Bowman Gray School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Following medical school, Dr. Anton honed his surgical technique with a robust series of residencies and fellowships. These include a residency in General Surgery and residency in Plastic Surgery, both at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He also completed two fellowships: one in Facial Plastic Surgery at Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, and a second in Breast Plastic Surgery at St. Joseph Hospital in Atlanta, Georgia.

Dr. Anton is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS), American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).

In addition to his impressive medical education, Dr. Anton has received numerous awards and recognition for excellence in his field. He has been named an Orange County Top Doctor and Orange County Top Plastic Surgeon every year since 2014, was awarded "Best Facelift Doctor" in Los Angeles by CosmeticTown, and in 2018 was recognized as “Best Plastic Surgeon in the West” by Global Aesthetics.

Biography: As a graduate in Psychology, I always knew I wanted to work with people. After meeting Dr. Anton, it became clear I wanted to apply my people skills and educational background to a plastic surgery practice. I have to admit that before working at Anton MD Aesthetics I wasn’t familiar with the psychological aspects of plastic surgery.
