Do I need an arm lift?
NO
Nov 30, 2023
Your arms are fine. Liposculpture may improve and part that has excess fat but it is hard to tell from the picture. They look like a lipo candidate to me. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon to know for sure.
good luck

Wrinkled skin in armpit plus extra skin right next to it?
yes
Nov 30, 2023
Yes you can take away skin from there but it will leave a scar. Best to see a board certified plastic surgeon .
good luck

Arm liposuction or arm lift? (Phtoo)
lipo
Sep 20, 2023
Your are 21 years old. You are very young. Do liposuction . Do not put a scar on your arm.
Your body will change over time especially after kids. Wait to do scars later. You can not predict how you will heal from a scar. Best to do a non invasive thing first.. Avoid a scar at all costs.
See a board certified plastic surgeon for best results.
Hope this helps.
Good luck,
Andrew Cohen, MD
Why have my arms drooped 9 months after arm lift surgery?
posterior arm scar
Sep 20, 2023
If the posterior arm incision is used then all the skin that needs to be removed is gone and will not reoccur. With the mid brachial scar that you have , the skin can loosen up.
I prefer the posterior arm scar. Gives a superior result in my humble opinion.
I don’t have an option to offer you as I am sure you aren’t looking for a revisionary surgery . Let the scar fade…takes a whole year and try weights to strengthen the arm muscle. This can help tighten the skin a bit.
Hope…
49kg, 5’1, could I be left with uneven bulges if I have a TT with shorter scar?
tummy tuck
Sep 20, 2023
You are a candidate for a full tummy tuck. The scar is hip to hip. With excision of lots of skin , there will be a scar. The smaller the scar the less skin can be removed. Best to seek advice of a board certified plastic surgeon who does a lot of tummy tucks.
You should do very well.
Good luck,
Andrew Cohen, MD
