Biography: Kevin DiCerbo is the Managing Director of Celibre Medical Corporation. He founded the organization with Dr. Kaplan in 2004 and has been responsible for managing it since that time.
The vision for Celibre Medical to be the most trusted name in cosmetic dermatology came about in 2000 – 2002 during the time when Kevin was having a tattoo removed by a local plastic surgeon. The experience was not a good one and subsequently Kevin wrote the business plan that laid the foundation for the organization.

Are these festoons? How to treat them?
Dissolve Under Eye filler
Nov 20, 2023
Nov 20, 2023
Hello Stel. This does not look like your natural anatomy and does appear to be filler. While it may seem strange for filler to hang around that long, we have seen it in the under-eye area. Your best bet, if you have not done it thus far, is to have it injected with a hyaluronidase solution like Vitrase or Hylenex (see link below). If it is hyaluronic acid based product it should dissolve. From there you can determine how to move forward.
Is there any treatment to help these scars?
Laser Resurfacing TCA Cross

Hi apaul. Very sorry to hear about your situation. The scars look like some chicken pox and acne scars we have treated with combination TCA Cross and fractional resurfacing (see link below). These may be an option for you but as you have found out, choosing the right practitioner is most important.
35, female, filler or lower bleph for these hollows/tear troughs?
Dermal Fillers or Surgery for Hollows Under Eyes
Nov 1, 2023
Nov 1, 2023
Hello lovesu22. You are a better candidate for dermal fillers than blepharoplasty. This type of surgery works best for patients that have excess skin under the eyes. You can have surgery to remove some of the protruding fat but that would still leave you hollow, just smoother. Surgically, we do not recommend fat grafting under the eyes. With dermal fillers under the eyes (link below), you should be able to get good results from s skilled injector. best of luck.
21, female, under eye hollows & creases, would lower blepharoplasty help?
Filler for Under Eye Dark Circles and Hollowing

Hello Plucky, you are a perfect candidate for dermal fillers under the eyes (see link below). The challenge is find a practice or injector that does the procedure well. The best advice we can give is look for before and after photos like the ones we have posted.
Is there a topical treatment for second degree burn scars as a result of Broadband light, BBL?
Topical for dark scarring
Oct 20, 2023
Oct 20, 2023
Hello Lynn. Yes, you should be prescribed topical hydroquinone, a bleaching product. Some will work better than others and depends on the strength. Q-switched 1064 (yag) lasers are also a possibility. BBL has more risk for medium and darker skin tones. See link below for examples.
