Photos capture our faces in 2 dimensions only and can exaggerate this asymmetry depending on the angle, lighting, and distance from the camera lens. Hello! From the pictures it doesn't look like you have festoons but rather descent of your malar fat pad leading to a more pronounced tear trough and cheek / eyelid junction. This is something that could be treated with dermal fillers. I use a combination of products in this area.
