You have ptosis of the right eye. Skin removal in blepharoplasty only removes the skin. It doesn’t open the eyelid to a higher position. See an eyelid plastic surgeon for  a ptosis repair. Different procedure for a different problem

One week is pretty early. I use Restylane, Beletero and Juvederm Volbella in the tear trough. Regular Juvederm is not often used. I would give it one more week. Sometimes filling the tear trough can accentuate the flatness of the mid face and transition area. It may be fine in a week but one week is too early to judge.
Is this type of swelling from Juvederm under the eyes normal?

Regular juvederm is not characteristically injected under the eyes because it tends to draw water. Products I commonly use are Beletero, Restylane, and Juvederm Volbella. I would give it 2 weeks. If it isn’t getting better it needs to be dissolved at that time.
Are these malar bags/festoons? I usually get Restylane to fix these, but want a better solution.

Volbella, Restylane or Beletero are all helpful to improve the tear trough and improve the smoothness of that area. They last roughly a year.

The best approach would be filler in the tear trough and consider botox or brow lifting surgery. The botox can lift the brows some but filler would help your tear trough.

A little filler such as Volbella can fill the tear trough. It seems like you would need two vials atleast. The volbella lasts 9 months to a year.

A little Volbella in the crease should soften that wrinkle. The treatment is around 400 dollars and lasts 1 year. In young patients, there are adaptations when it comes to aging as it occur but most often there is very little needed to correct a problem

I would have an oculoplastic surgeon check to make sure the right eye is not bulging or you don’t have ptosis of the left eyelid. That is the best first approach.

You have proptosis of your left eye which is essentially bulging. I would see an oculoplastic surgeon who can address the bulging and eyelid malposition. I am not sure why you would ask about blepharoplasty because that surgery would not be appropriate right now for you. In fact anyone who recommended that at this stage would be a fool.

That is a question for the doctor who did surgery on you…not random doctors on the internet who didn’t perform your procedure, have no idea what specific procedure you had, and really don’t have a good idea if you are healing well or not. 
I just had upper and lower bleph. Doctor did not prescribe any oral or topical antibiotics

Your doctor can answer those questions about post op care. There is a lot of variation and you are an individual. There is no one size fits all for pre and post op care. Additionally, post op questions being answered on a forum by doctors who haven’t treated you makes no sense.
9 months on and I still have double vision?

You need to see a neuro-ophthalmologist…someone who specializes in adult double vision. Double vision is something that a regular ophthalmologist may not have the expertise to determine the cause and if it is related to botox, unrelated etc.. 9 months out is unusual. The botox is worn off so it may be something more serious.

Looking at your eyelid, it seems you have a nice crease and upper skin. I would see a doctor in person. As an asian patient, one must have care to not remove extra skin from the upper eyelid resulting in creating what we call overly westernized eyelid. See an eyelid specialist. Not sure you need to do anything.

Sounds like you have festoons. There are surgical options avaialable. It is something an oculoplastic surgeon would know how to treat well.
