I am a big fan of the Pretricheal Browlift Procedure (Keep in mind it can also be used to lower the hairline in selected patients). The resultant hairline incision is usually not a problem. This procedure can be performed with and without hair transplants. A 1 cm forehead reduction is usually quite achievable. One caution: in the male patient if the hairline recedes secondary to future hairloss, a scar may be visible. The scar may have to be camoflauged with hair transplants.

I can see why you feel your nose is still wide on your photos.  This can be a very troublesome issue with patients with thick skin.  At 5 months, I would ask you to wait longer to allow swelling to subside. The process may be able to be helped by the injection of small amounts of steroid into your nasal soft tissues, possibly even using 5-FU.  This must be done very carefully and by someone with experience.
