You have quite a marked deviation of the septum and this can be addressed with a septorhinoplasty. Other options include filler or threads but they are stopgap measures and wont address the underlying problem.

You can make your nose more refined with a rhinoplasty. This can remove the slight hump on the dorum, narrow the dorsum from the front view and refine the tip of the nose. The most important issue is the thick skin which is the downside of rhinoplasty as this cannot be fully corrected. It will teak 2-3 years to get your full result and you will likely need steroid injections to improve the shape of the tip. Good luck!

I have to respectfully disagree with my colleagues. It really depends if you want a natural look (slight improvement in upper pole fullness) or a faker look. If you want the former then a breast lift is the answer - which in my hands would be a minimal scar horizontal mastopexy. If you want a faker look with more upper pole fullness then you should do a 2 stage breast reduction and 2nd stage augment. I would not recommend a breast lift with implants. To be honest the biggest impact on whether implants are natural or not is the size of the implant. Going under the muscle and choosing either a smooth round or a teardrop are other elements that can be used. In essence you can get a very natural result with a round implant under the muscle if it not too big.
Textured round give the most upper pole fullness but once again it depends on the size - smaller implants will be subtle. There is a 1/20 risk of rotation across the board...

Absolutely - reducing the dorsal hump is the number one reason most patients seek a cosmetic rhinoplasty. It is an unpredictable operation however most patients (90-95%) achieve the results they are seeking. The shape of the profile is one of the few things that the patient has choice in deciding ie straight vs a curve. You should seek a surgeon who you like the B and A photos showing a curve.

I think you are being a bit harsh on your surgeon and may have unrealistic expectations. For a one stage mastopexy augment this is a very good result and is probably the best achievable result. I personally don't think fat grafting will give you the look you desire. The only way to give you the look you want is to go bigger with the implants and use a textured round implant. I wouldnt recommend this as the long term results won't be good as it will cause the breast to bottom out...

I dont think you have tuberous breasts. The nipples could be addressed with a nipple reduction however this can impact on breast feeding so is best done after you have had kids if this is planned. The areolar puffiness is a more difficult proposition but it can be reduced with percutaneous diathermy.
