Autumn, Choose a plastic surgeon who has decades of experience and specializes in only faces. They should average over 100 rhinoplasties a year. Do not look at computer imaging results to make your decision; look at the doctors actual before and after photos. Should they have a lot and you find them attractive you are probably in the right place. By the way, I do almost all virgin rhinoplasties closed. See the video and good luck!

Maryw1985, I see no need for anything as drastic as orthognathic surgery. That procedure in general should be reserved for patients with problems other than just cosmetic.
