Hi. Thanks for posting your questions.
Without photos, it’s difficult to give accurate advice.
Revision rhinoplasty can be very distressing for patients, especially if you have already gone through two rhinoplasty. The thought of having to go through surgery without any guarantees of what sort of outcome to be expected can be very stressful and anxiety provoking.
Seek out an assessment and opinion from a surgeon experienced in revision rhinoplasty to fully discuss your current concerns…

Long droopy nasal tip

Hi. Thanks for posting your questions and photos.
From the photos provided, I make the following observation:
1. Your nose is long.
2. The naso-labial angle is too acute.
3. There is a hanging columella appearance.
4. The tip is droopy and under-rotated.
A revision rhinoplasty would entail rotating the nasal tip, de-projecting it, and flattening the area below the tip toward the columella, an supporting the tip. In my opinion, cartilage grafts will be essential in achieving the above goals…

Genioplasty incision site

Thanks for posting your questions.
You can make an incision for access during a genioplasty either inside the mouth or on the skin. In general, most surgeons would choose an intraoral incision given the scar is not going to be visible when compared to a skin incision. Also there is no multiple cuts – just one incision that heals very well. In terms of antibiotics, you don’t have to have this during or after genioplasty. Surgeons may wish to prescribe this however in order to prevent…

Nasal Dynamics

Thanks for your questions and photos.
There are two aspects to your concern. The first is the elevation of the nostrils (or ala). This elevation cannot be effectively and predictably corrected. It is a dynamic movement. That is, there is a muscle that lifts the nostril up, and the degree of movement differs person to person. You can cut this muscle and/or remove part of it, but it often will regenerate and the issue recurs. I will often tell patients that this dynamic nostril end movement is…

Thanks for posting your photos and questions.
Your starting anatomy is the most fundamentally important aspect to correctly assess. You have a range of implants that will suit your breasts/chest. One has to take into account your breast dimensions and not to have an implant that exceeds these dimensions. I note that there is a naturally wide separation between your breasts, most likely due to a wide sternum. This will be a limitation as to how much cleavage you can achieve with implants…

Do I need a mini or full abdominoplasty?
Full or Mini Tummy Tuck

Hi. Thanks for posting your questions and photos.
The most helpful photo is the second one, where you are leaning forward and the extent of abdominal laxity is demonstrated. In my view, you will not be able to fully correct the laxity you have in your abdomen with a mini tummy tuck. This less invasive procedure will perhaps get rid of the small lower overhang, but the tummy’s “looseness” will remain. A full tummy tuck is your better option in my opinion.
All the very best.

Hi. Thanks for posting your questions and photos.
If your implants have not soften and settled into position by 6 months, they probably won’t in time to come. Keep in mind that anatomical (tear drop) implants are in general made out of the most cohesive (most firm) silicone. That’s how they keep their tear drop shape. This quality of anatomical implants make them advantageous in certain circumstances. However, they will be less soft and “natural” than the many types of round…
