Based on the photographs you provided, it does seem improved compared after the most recent surgery - the crease in the "before" photo was much too high compared to the left side and is characteristic of weak levator interdigitation to the skin. The symmetry is not perfect, and the right side is still mildly ptotic compared to the left side, but in congenital ptosis cases, it is difficult to achieve perfect symmetry because many times patients have difficulty closing the eye afterwards and...

Eyelid asymmetry is very much in the eye of the beholder - based on my review of your photographs, it seems that your left side was over-corrected and that your right upper eyelid position is actually normal. I would suggest lowering the left upper eyelid - however, if you feel strongly that the left upper eyelid position is the position you favor, then the only option would be to raise the right upper eyelid.
Is this Ptosis or Graves Disease? Would surgery fix this?

Based on the photographs, it does seem like you have a mild left ptosis. However, why is there a concern about Graves disease - because the right eye may be bulging more than the left? From these photos alone, one would not be able to distinguish between a change in eyeball position and a change in eyelid position. Based on the initial photograph, the asymmetry between the two sides was mild. It appears your surgeon chose an external approach given the incision through the skin, and perhaps removed some skin at the same time as the eyelid lift. It seems to me that the eyelid position is fine, and your primary concern is the way the incision healed - the photo is very grainy but I do believe it can be corrected. Based on your photographs, it does seem that you have mild ptosis of the upper eyelids on both sides. While you have prominent eyebrows and deeper set eyes, it does not appear that you have an eyebrow malposition and for that reason I would focus on addressing the upper eyelid position alone. It is important to see an eyelid specialist to do a thorough, in-person assessment and decide what the best surgical approach would be.

You would be able to tell the difference because vision changes or loss from filler placement would result in an immediate change in (decrease in) vision and is usually only on one side - you would not have the other symptoms you typically experience with a vasovagal response. It is important to see a specialist who understands the anatomy of the periocular region and the eye so that he or she can manage any potential complications.

In order to soften the lines, the best approach would involve skin resurfacing to induce collagen formation, so treatments such as microneedling or laser treatment (such a CO2). If you were planning to have lower eyelid surgery, you could have some of the skin removed with a pinch technique but I would still recommend skin resurfacing to improve the skin quality and tone.

Different filler types are ideal for different parts of the face, and it has to do with the intrinsic properties of the filler. It would be helpful to know the type of Revolax filler that was used. It is unusual for there to be that degree of swelling so far out from treatment, and if it is related to inflammation and swelling from the retained filler or superficial placement of the filler itself, it may need to be dissolved.

At this stage, you likely still have some swelling that can involve the upper cheek in the areas where you notice the lines, but the other concern would be superficial filler placement and filler that was placed too low (below the tear trough, which is the intended area). I would recommend giving it some more time and if it does not improve, you may need to have filler dissolved and replaced.

You are still very early in the healing process from lower eyelid blepharoplasty. There is typically significant swelling that can take months to resolve. Depending on whether you had an incision placed through the skin, you may have additional swelling around the incision line. I would recommend keeping your head elevated as much as possible. With time, the swelling should decrease.
