Hi and thank you for your question,It is completely possible to add / re-create a hump.  The best and most common ways to create a hump are by using either a diced cartilage fascia or diced cartilage glue graft.  This involves creating a small graft of your own cartilage and then fashioning it into the shape desired.  This can be accomplished easily with very nice results. I hope this helps and wish you the best of luck,John Frederick, MD

Hi and thank you for your question,Based on the photos you provided, you do appear to have some tip asymmetry.  While it is impossible for anyone to obtain perfect symmetry, I do think it is a reasonable expectation to refine your nasal tip and that actual improvement is obtainable.  However, it is critical that you find a surgeon that is comfortable with revision rhinoplasty and has experience in such cases.  A revision surgery would likely result in less of a “pinched” nose and a more sof…
