You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. This operation will address the profile issues as well as refine the nose. The approach (external versus internal) really does not matter as both can give you excellent results. I tend to use the internal (endonasal) approach on primary rhinoplasty because it has no external scar and swelling goes away quicker in my opinion. Best of luck with your upcoming operation.
Mini facelift or non invasive procedure?

Facial asymmetry is completely normal in most situations and unless there’s disfigurement we generally don’t /can’t do much to fix it. It looks like there is some jowling and excess skin on your photos so I would recommend a lift (lower face and neck) along with the liposuction. Exceedingly rare. Tachycardia during surgery is an effect (not a cause) of something else like an undiagnosed medical problem or use of epinephrine during surgery. Facial asymmetry is very difficult to correct. We usually strive to correct problems by the side. As most causes of facial asymmetry are due to skeletal issues, we cannot correct those with facial soft tissue surgery. It is completely normal for one side of the face to be slightly different as compared to the other side. An example of this is one eye socket higher than the other or one ear higher than the other.
