Hi there, microneedling is a great option and less invasive than the CO2 laser.
Microneedling is great for scar revision. In fact, the microneedling device we use, the SkinPen, was first FDA cleared specifically for acne scarring/scars. Multiple treatments are recommended (3 treatments- one month apart to start), depending on the severity of the scar. Remember, it's a process that takes time to rebuild more collagen and elastin (an average of 4-6 months) to start seeing the results.

Thank you very much for your picture and question. It is very difficult to answer a question in regards to the number of treatments it would take to remove a tattoo via laser. Typically I do not even give an answer to this question until after I see the patient back after one treatment and even then it is a very rough estimate. The color red is def. not the easiest color to get removed but it can be done and with that being said I would look at getting multiple treatments to have that...

In order for us to give you a good answer we would need to take a look at pictures from before and compare them to pictures now. If we are going only based on the pictures you have here it looks like you are thinning a little but again it is very hard to say if you are going bald without knowing what your hair was like previously

Thank you for your question and the photo. So I would recommend using some form of filler under the eyes to help with the more shallow sunken areas for starters. If is difficult to tighten the upper eyelid regions without surgery but with the right filler injector you might be able to tighten the area a little bit

To be honest your face looks pretty good but if you were looking at lifting certain areas a little more doing some filler would be a great way to add some volume while giving you a little lift.
