There are several types of tummy tucks with varying recovery times which are most dependent on ones personal tolerance to pain. Mini can return to work in about 3 days, modified TT in 1 week, and the full standard TT 10 to 14 days. In my practice there is no heavy lifting or exercise for 6 weeks and no crunches for 1 year.I know perform Full TTs using Exparel on every case that is a 72 hour local anesthesia which has revolutionized my patients outpatient TT experience with more rapid recovery.

After a BBL over a course of time if a patient gains weight the transferred fat can grow and become larger. Fat transfer results vary patient to patient no matter shape or size. Your particular stats of 140 lbs at 5'3' seems like you will have some fat to transfer.....but may not be enough to give you the result you might be looking for. I would ask your PS to go over volumes he thinks he might be able to place in the 4 areas you are mentioning and see how that compares to some of the numbers youve seen on the internet. I would be shooting for 500cc or more per side so you can see a difference....
