Depressed scar and keloid after mole removal – how to treat it?
Scar treatment

You have several different options for scar removal. I would start with a product containing silicone such as Biocorneum. Other options include injections of kenalog or surgical excision of the scar. Lasers such as the Elos Sublative can also be helpful. No matter what you decide, don’t forget sunscreen everyday.
IPL on face. Now dark and blistering on my chin. What should I do? Will it leave a scar? (Photo
IPL side efffect

This is not a normal response to IPL treatment. This looks consistent with a second degree burn. I would recommend silvadene cream or biafene to the area until healed. You will also need daily sunscreen use. There is a chance of some post inflammatory hyperpigmentation which hopefully will resolve with time.
Can Silhouette lift be applied multiple times?
Silhouette Instalift

Yes Instalift can be repeated. We recommend every 18 months to 2 years but may be done earlier. The procedure can be done at the same as fillers and Botox and during the same visit without any problems. This is a great procedure to be done together with fillers. There shouldn’t be any residue on the skin since the sutures are placed underneath the skin.
