Of course!

Scientific evidence is mixed in this area. However, if you find that you develop acne after eating certain foods, such as chocolate, then you should eat them sparingly.
Also in rosacea, breakouts consisting of pimples, pustules and redness can occur with spicy foods, caffeine, and alcohol.
I Have Oily Skin and Only Get Acne During the Summer Time. What Are My Options?
You have many options

There are many options for you to decrease the oil on your skin and your acne during the summer time. There are several over the counter products that contain benzoyl peroxide. Benzoyl peroxide removes oil from your face and also is antibacterial and anticomedonal (opens up the pores). I would recommend choosing a facial wash that contains benzoyl peroxide 2.5 to 10%. Also, many people develop acne from sunscreens. To prevent one, pick one that is oil free and non-comedogenic.
I Have Acne on One Side of my Face Why?

One sided acne is often from something irritating your skin
There are certain things that you may be doing to promote the occurrence of acne on only one side.
A couple of things that tend to be more common: sleeping on that side, holding your head up with your hand on that side, or holding a telephone to that side of your face.
Regardless, you should see a dermatologist who can prescribe medications to treat your skin.
