I have used Sculptra and all of the hyaluronics quite literally from their inception. I also do a great deal of fat grafting. The temples generally need a lot of volume. I very rarely treat temples HA's and almost always use either Sculptra or fat. I Other HA fillers cost a lot of money for a syringe that contains only 1cc. That is one fifth of a teaspoon. Temples almost always require more than 1cc for significant correction. There is no published study that can support my observation....

I have been doing fat grafting for about twenty years, full face, and never injected that much in one session. At three months you may still lose some of the fat, and you probably still have a little bit of swelling. Unfortunately fat grafting is very hard to reduce.

If you look at an X-ray of ANY bone on the body after a fracture is healed (whether it was left to heal on it's own, whether it was casted, or whether the fracture was plated and screwed), some "callus" forms. Look online at some websites and see for yourself the kinds of photos that are shown to display eyelid surgery results.
The best photos would be taken by someone else, with the camera angle and your face precisely aligned. Have plenty of natural light when you take the photos. No makeup would be best....

You are very pretty and your nose is not detract from your beauty much at all. If the slight asymmetry is the ONLY thing that bothers you, you could try a dry run of some temporary filler to camouflage the asymmetry. But be aware of very rare but serious complications that can occur. So you should do some homework on that first and be sure your injector is quite experienced and qualified with nasal injections.
A septoplasty alone would not fix the external asymmetry.
