Nowadays, younger people have more neck lines due to the constant neck flexion that occurs when looking at personal electronic devices. This has become known as “tech neck.” Typically our recommendations are to perform a baseline skin tightening with fractora or Morpheus. This helps for long term correction. Injecting the orbicularis below the brow can give 1-3mm of elevation. But it will give an arched brow which some patients don’t want. Alternatively, botox begins to wear off even at a month so brow dropping usually only lasts 4-6 weeks, not 4 months. This is especially true if you still have movement.

The lateral hollows are on the other side of the eye, towards the cheekbone. Hollows there are just as important for a youthful eye and go along with a high cheekbone.
