It can be like a “try before you buy” type of experience even though they treat and function differently. So many of the problems that occur with travel procedures are due to the fact that the surgeon performing the procedure does not closely follow and manage issues that occur. Thank you for asking. The sutures of a platysmaplasty (neck lift or during the neck part of a facelift) could come undone or the muscle itself maybe too thin and wispy to hold sutures. The neck should be carefully evaluated and a course planned according to your anatomy. An in-office procedure is possible on the right neck type. Thank you for asking. Eyelid lifting will help sagging lids. It is very effective and should help out. The brows should not  be treated by fillers here. It creates   an exaggerated brow ridge too often to give an illusion of lifting the brow.   Artful brow threading or waxing could be a better alternative to surgery if you don’t won’t a procedure.
