So sorry to hear about your bad experience! We've seen some beautiful under-eye results with the Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling treatment. Not exactly a laser, and it can go pretty close to the lash line. Radhika, the nurse practitioner at my plastic surgery center recently recorded a video explaining the treatment. Although it's highly unlikely the headaches are caused by the implant itself, it would be prudent to find out more about the implant itself. The provider should be able to tell you the chin implant manufacturer and they in turn can give you information about whether there are any recorded instances of this.

Your best bet is to check in with your board certified facial plastic surgeon. Best of luck in your journey and hope you find some answers!

It's quite difficult to tell from the picture whether there's excess skin on the upper lid (making the eyes appear more closed) or whether it's simply a concern of dark circles under eyes. For dark circles, a lot of times, something as simple as tear trough filler can do the trick. If the upper eye lids are a concern as well, you might want to consider blepharoplasty. Kybella and coolsculpting both target the submental region for fat removal, so if it's not fat, those procedures also won't be the best to help you.

Hard to tell from the pictures of course, but if you find skin laxity to be the culprit, you might want to consider ultherapy or morpheus8 treatments for skin tightening. Both are non-invasive.

Lastly, for a "weak chin", I do recommend chin implant as a permanent option, but dermal fillers can also give you a beautiful result that can last up...

Hello Coolsculpting is a great way to non-surgically remove fat. So if you are looking for a non-surgical way to help sculpt your body then yes coolsculpting can work for you. By viewing your photos you maybe a candidate for both flanks and saddle bags. A consultation is advised to make sure its the right type of fat. They will do a pinch assessment during a consultation and will come up with a treatment plan for you. I hope this helped!

Hello! We do both treatments in our office. The combination of the two generally will give better results. Ematrix is a combination of radio frequency and micro needling. This will target texture, fine lines, large pores and some skin tightening. If you do the Vi peel either 30 days before or after the treatment it will only benefit you with better results. We would recommend the VI original or the VI advanced! Consultation is always advised!

Hello I generally recommend to wait until you start seeing results at the 8 week mark or the full 3 months to retreat the area. There is no right or wrong to your question. Most patients like to do the coolsculpting right away if they are dieting and exercising. They feel like it jumpstarts there results especially when doing a stubborn area. That subcutaneous fat which is easier to spot with the naked eye is the treatable fat for coolsculpting. This type of adipose can accumulate anywhere on the body and appears soft and fluffy.
