Thanks for the question. As it seems from your photos you would benefit from a subtle rhinoplasty to lower your small hump and tip refinement with a small amount of cartilage excision and suture techniques. You also have one nostril smaller than the other which usually indicates a septal issue. A lower facelift pulled primarily vertically will reestablish your jawline and neck. Good luck!

Thanks for the question. It appears you have a severely dislocated caudal septum, which results in your nostril being narrower. This also may mean you have a deviation further inside your nose. These features lead to nasal obstruction, which can be improved by surgery.

Most likely all rhinoplasty surgeons have different protocols regarding imaging. I use imaging as a way to educate the patient and give the patient an “idea” of how they might look. It is certainly not a guarantee of results, though often it is pretty close. I imagine at the consult , but will review them at pre-op should the patient would like to see them.

After reviewing your pictures, it seems you are raising both eyebrows in an attempt to raise your lids. I would fix both lids at the same time. If you dont address the ptosis on both lids, you stand a good chance that your right lid will drop when the left is corrected!

Thanks for the question. In almost all cases, attempting to correct a crooked nose involve a combination of septoplasty, as well as rhinoplasty. Rhinoplasty will involve moving the nasal bones into a more midline position, and will enable the surgeon to use grafts where needed, to make the nose straighter.

No, particularly in younger patients a browlift is often the only procedure performed. If you still have a significant amount of loose eyelid skin, an upper lid blepharoplasty can be done as well.

Thanks for the question and photos. The answer to your question could be liposuction alone or in conjunction with a short scar lift. It all depends on your elasticity. If your skin’s elasticity is good, your skin should redrape just fine. However if it’s poor or lax, a lift will be needed, as well. Good luck!

From the photo you provided, it seems that you have lid ptosis. This can be corrected by an incision also used for blepheroplasty. Using this incision, you can remove excess skin as well.
