Dawn is the MVP of our team, the boss in charge. Specializing in patient care, scheduling surgeries, organizing every detail, and complete office management - Dawn relentlessly makes it happen and is invaluable to our practice, to Dr. Schwartz, and to every patient. She has built out the most amazing team with the biggest hearts you will ever meet and aims to make sure every patient feels like family the moment they step into our office and years after their procedure.

Dawn loves that every patient has a story that makes them extraordinary and to learn about them and take care of them from start to finish. From follow up phone calls and texts, talking about family and kids, to doing home check ups if possible, Dawn is always available when you need her and for that invaluable to us and your plastic surgery experience.

Biography: From marketing, patient charting, prepping rooms, talking to patients, getting medical clearances, setting up consultations, attending conferences, and assisting Doctor Schwartz during pre and post operation procedures- Sasha is what makes your entire experience seamless. There is never a dull day in our office and she manages to bond with each and every patient, which is why she loves her job so much and is so happy to be part of the JS team every day.

Sasha has a BS in Marketing & Management, an associate degree in Pharmacy Technician, and is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. She is also a Certified Nutrition Consultant and is working on her Real Estate License. With her nutrition and medical experience, lipedema surgery is the most favored procedure to Sasha because it’s such a life changing procedure for patients. It’s not just aesthetic, it’s medical.

Biography: When it comes to plastic surgery, it’s important to make sure the entire office has your best interest in mind and that is Nicole Skriver. She has your back. From medically assisting Dr. Schwartz in the office, to making sure all your pre and post op questions are answered, getting medical clearances, to attending conferences, and to just talking over the phone to make patients feel at ease. Nicole brings a sense of humor and candor that our patient appreciate. You can ask Nicole anything without ever feeling embarrassed or shy.

Both a Certified Medical Assistant and a graduate from a licensed vocational nursing school, Nicole guides our unique patient care experience. There really are not enough words to describe everything Nicole does, but she makes sure the cookie doesn’t crumble. With the sharpest memory, Nicole will never forget any detail big or small about you. All our patients love this about her.
