Doctors
Dr. Sajjadian earned his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. His extensive postgraduate career included three residencies: one in general surgery at Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia; another in aesthetic, plastic, and reconstructive surgery at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center; and a third in otolaryngology – head and neck surgery, again at Temple. He then was selected for a prestigious fellowship in facial, plastic, and reconstructive surgery (sponsored by American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery) at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
Dr. Sajjadian is board certified by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and the American Board of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
He is also a member of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, and the Rhinoplasty Society (of which he is a past president), as well as being a fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Sajjadian is a former assistant professor of the plastic surgery residency program at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Based on your profile photo, the correction of the overbite is not possible by filler injection (chin area or lower lip). but you can proportionate the size of your lips by adding volume to your lower lip by filler injection.

it’s better to not rub or massage the treated areas for 24 hours after Botox. I recommend doing the facial first and doing the Botox next day or getting the facial 48 hours after Botox injection.

DAO muscles pull down the corners of the mouth so Botox injection in these muscle can definitely lift a little bit the corners of your mouth but it does not make your lower face looks fuller. if you want lifting and tightening of skin in your midface which can lift the corner of your mouth, you can schedule for some RF-needling treatments but if you have still fillers in your cheek area they will be going to be absorbed with heating effects of RF.

Generally, I tell my patients that two weeks is more than enough time to recover from eyelid surgery.
We do everything possible in the Operating room to decrease bruising and swelling. Bleeding and bruising can be greatly reduced if your surgeon uses certain techniques during the surgery. We also spend a great deal of time with patients during the pre-operative visit to review with patient the dietary items and food and medications to be avoided week prior to surgery.
