Eyebrow height asymmetry – can a Brow Lift fix this?
Consult
Oct 27, 2021
You may be elevating your right brow. A history of a facial palsy can also present like that. I would recommend seeing an oculoplastic surgeon for a consultation with measurements. Botox could help bring the right brow down and a brow lift could bring both brows up (or the left only) to even them out. It depends which side you like. An eyelid crease elevation could help if there is asymmetry. Remember that it is quite subtle so there is always the risk of over correction in the opposite…
I would like a second opinion: Is it ok to do a brow lift with endotines 3 times? The first two are
Shouldn’t be a problem
May 9, 2021
While it is very unusual to require 3 endoscopic brow lifts, there is no inherent problem with it. One thing to consider after 2 failed surgeries of any kind is whether it’s worth considering a different surgeon.
Why is my right eye smaller than my left eye and what kind of surgery would I need to correct it? (P
Need an exam
Apr 3, 2021
You appear to be raising the eyebrow higher on one side. This may be because that eyelid is drooping and needs to be lifted. If jot, some Botox could correct the brow asymmetry. The eyelid crease on that eye is also higher than the other eyelid. This can be made more symmetrical by raising the crease of the left eyelid. Prices will vary depending on where you are and what needs to be done.
Did Latisse cause fat loss around my eyes?
Lower lid blepharoplasty
Mar 25, 2021
To me that looks more like herniated orbital fat than fat loss. You would likely benefit from herniated orbital fat removal (lower lid blepharoplasty), possibly in conjunction with a CO2 laser treatment. Latisse causes more of a hollowing appearance (from fat loss rather than fat bulging out) and is usually noticed in the upper lids.
Can have I endotine forehead lift and lateral brow lift at the same time?
Endoscopic brow lift
Mar 13, 2021
Yes. Most surgeons performing an endoscopic brow lift with endotines will use the endotines over the peak of the brow (slightly lateral, more so in females) and will do a separate lift further laterally. Look at the attached link for a photo of the incisions, a video about the procedure, and some pre and post op photos.
What would give under my eyes a smoother look? I’m only 33 and lines are getting worse by age, what
Removal of herniated orbital fat
Feb 4, 2021
From the photo it looks like some of your orbital fat is moving forward in your lower lids. It’s unfortunately not the type of fat that goes away if you lose weight. It can be corrected with surgery. I would also probably recommend CO2 laser treatment to the lower lids at the time of surgery to keep the skin tight and youthful in appearance.
I’m 30 years old. What is the best treatment for my under eyes?
Co2

I think you would get an excellent result from treatment of the lower lids with CO2 laser. You can always consider adding some filler if the change isn’t dramatic enough.
