Based on the photos you have submitted. You can achieve upper pole fullness and a rounded shape with an augmentation alone. Based on the position of your nipple on the lateral view you do not need a lift. In terms of cup size you may end up at about a full c with an appropriately sized implant.

Upper pole fullness is best accomplished with a smooth silicone implant round implant. Shaped implants have a taper and the upper pole is actually not as full. The projection and the size of the implant would be best determined during a consultation with measurements of the breast.
