Thanks for your photos and questions.
Considering your history and the fact you’re still early in the recovery stage, I think your scars look acceptable. Initially scars heal with an inflammatory stage, with the skin often looking angry or inflammed, before settling over the following months to a more fine scar.
I’d suggest touching base with your Plastic Surgeon so they can help manage your healing as closely as possible.

Thanks for your question and photo.
I think you most certainly can become a C cup, but with a couple of caveats.
It’s always helpful to have some goal photos to show your surgeon, and together you can decide on a size that is proportional to your frame.
Initially your breasts will be swollen after surgery, and may take some months for the final size to become apparent.

As I’m sure you’re aware, wound breakdown at the T-junction can be a common problem, although it can be minimised by pre-operative planning and intra-operative techniques.
Small areas of wound breakdown can be managed with dressings and good local wound care, while larger areas of breakdown may need more aggressive treatment (such as debridement, resuturing, and in some cases, reconstructive surgery).

Thanks for your question, and I’m sorry to hear you’re in pain.
Breast reduction is generally not a very painful procedure, especially at four months postoperatively.
When scars heal they initially enter an inflammatory stage of healing, before beginning to settle after after several months. It is possible that your symptoms may be a normal part of healing for you, and not a symptom of something abnormal.

Reduced upper limb movement after breast augmentation can have multiple causes, but is often caused by muscle fibrosis and contracture after release of your pectoralis major muscle. This can be prevented by early range of motion exercises to maintain your range of motion and reduce any muscle fibrosis from developing. From the looks of your photographs there isn’t anything to worry about. There is some superficial scabbing and some redness, both of which are normal during the early (inflammatory) stage of healing.
