Thank you for your question and photos. The procedures that you are interested in can be done at the same time. That being said, the recovery will be more intense. If you choose to do the procedures separately the BBL should be done first to allow for the maximal amount of fat to be removed and transferred. The Tummy tuck can be performed secondarily. You also have an umbilical hernia that would need to be fixed at the time of your tummy tuck. I hope this has helped you and best of luck.

After the drop and fluff phase of your recovery, your implants should be softer and more mobile. This should allow you to push them together for improved cleavage. When completely settled, your implant should be centered just under your nipple. This means that if your breasts were wide set prior to surgery then they will remain widely set. I hope this helps.

Hello and thank you for your question. It is true that more fat does get resorbed with subcutaneous versus submuscular and intramuscular fat transfer. However, not all of the fat disappears. A much safer and good outcome can be achieved with subcutaneous fat transfer. I hope this helps you.

If you can decrease your BMI to 30 or less, than you would likely be a a good candidate for a Tummy Tuck with liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks. Best of luck with your weight loss goals.

Your skin will retract over the next several months but the amount of laxity you have would best be addressed with a tummy tuck when you are finished your recovery from the liposuction. You are very early in the recovery process. It is quite common for implants to drop at different rates causing asymmetrical  breast shapes. You should allow time for the implants to settle. You should also discuss your concerns with your surgeon. Best of luck with your ongoing recovery.

At 4 months post op massage and an implant stabilizing bands may still work but usually a procedure to open the capsule is necessary. You should discuss your options with your plastic surgeon. Although it is difficult to see the complete shape of the breasts from your photo, it does appear that one of your implants is higher than then the other . Although most implants settle into the correct position by 3 months after breast augmentation, it can take longer. I’m sorry about your complications with your surgery. Unfortunately, there is signs that the breast implants are bottoming out . This can only be corrected with a revision surgery. A capsulorraphy, which uses suture techniques to tighten the capsule and support the breast implant, can be used to correct this problem.
