Would you suggest a lower blepharoplasty?

Thank you for your question and for providing the photos. I think you would be a good candidate for a lower blepharoplasty where your own fat is redistributed to smooth out your eyelid-cheek junction. This could be through the inside of the lower eyelid (transconjunctival incision), which would mean you wouldn’t have any scars on the lower eyelid itself.The key thing is to be assessed by an appropriately trained and experienced plastic surgeon.I hope this helps.

Thank you for your question.It is not possible to accurately answer your questions without seeing some photos to describe your issue. I must say that I don’t see too many 29 year olds who I think warrant blepharoplasty surgery. That being said, if you do feel you are a candidate, please make sure you see an appropriately qualified and experienced plastic surgery who might be able to guide you in your decision making.

Thank you for your question.Only a very limited reduction in volume can be achieved through breast liposuction. Putting implants in may “lift” the breast a little, but this will increase you volume and may require a very large implant to accomplish the desired lift.It is important you have a consultation with an experienced PS to discuss your specific goals.I hope this helps

Thank you for your question and for providing the photos.There is always a limit to how mich tissue you can safely remove during a breast reduction. I find that I can only do smaller reductions with the vertical scar, as opposed to how much tissue I can remove with the “anchor” pattern breast reduction.Having said that, I do a vertical scar whenever I can, as I think I can get a better breast shape that way.Everything is a tradeoff!I hope this helps.

Thank you for your question and for providing the photoIt is not possible to move the breasts closer together – they are where they are. I point out to my patients the distance between their breasts before they have implants placed, because the distance will, in all likelihood, be similar after the implants are placed. You can create a cleavage with a bra however.I hope this helps

I would recommend a vertical scar lift (although I do frequently put a small transverse scar in the fold to eliminate any excess skin there)If you are unhappy with your volume in a bra, you could undergo a breast lift with implants.

Thank you for your question.There are different scar options in performing a breast reduction. I recommend either the vertical (popsicle) scar or the more traditional anchor pattern with a scar under the breast as well as on the front of the breast.
