Dear Patient: Thanks for your question, please contact your surgeon, he should be able to answer this issue. Most probably the fat will be processed, cleaned and at that stage is re-injected always above the muscle for safety reasons, to give the patient the desired volume and projection in the buttocks area. Most of the fat will be grafted from areas like abdomen or flanks, and the fat from the arms will also be cleaned and processed as well.

Dear patient: thanks for your question and your photos. I would definitively suggest you get a BBL. You have the perfect amount of fat in your body, right around the abdomen/flank/lower back areas. A skilled Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, with lots of experience in Fat Grafting/Fat Transfer would do a great job at giving you your desired look.
