It seems as though you have some bottoming out of your implants. They have settled a bit below the IMF (inframammary fold). I have seen this happen with high profile breast implants. Unfortunately, you would need another surgical procedure to correct this. I have actually developed a procedure to reinforce the IMF without having to open up the pocket and expose the implant. At this time, I would recommend conservative management such as scar massage with Mederma, or even Vitamin E. The scars should improve with time. Revisions are not usually done for 6 to 12 Months.
