After graduating at the top of his class at the University of California San Francisco School of Medicine, Dr. Stoker completed his residency at the Institute of Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at New York University Medical Center. He went on to score in the 99th percentile nationally on his Maintenance of Certification exam for the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a board-certified diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
When Dr. Stoker isn’t helping his patients bring their aesthetic goals to reality, he helps train other plastic surgeons. He serves as a course instructor for continuing medical education of plastic surgeons for both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He also teaches the future generation of plastic surgeons at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California.
Dr. Stoker’s work has appeared in numerous journals, textbooks, and publications. He’s also routinely tapped by the media as an expert and he was even a regular on ABC’s Extreme Makeover: Weight Loss Edition” TV show.
Over his two-decade tenure as a plastic surgeon in Los Angeles, Dr. Stoker has amassed an impressive depth of knowledge and experience. He’s already helped thousands of patients walk away feeling more confident and beautiful in their skin and continues doing the same for others every single day.

Upon graduating from The Honors College at Arizona State University & the Mayo Clinic with my nursing degree, I moved to Los Angeles. After spending over two years in a high acuity intensive care unit at UCLA Medical Center, I transitioned my career into medical aesthetics.
My passion for skincare and aesthetics started with my own personal struggle with acne and eczema, which inspired me to start a personal blog dedicated to education about skincare.
I take pride in the responsibility that my patients entrust in me. I enjoy creating custom, approachable treatment plans that give patients the most natural results. I believe in educating clients on the best way to safely care and protect the skin they’re in.
With experience in aesthetic nursing and an eye for perfection, I am excited to be a part of the incredible Stoker Plastic Surgery team as an Injection and Laser Specialist.
I’ve harbored a love of aesthetics for as long as I can remember. Growing up here in Southern California, costumes, makeup, hair, and design were all parts of my ballerina childhood. I received my bachelor’s degree from George Washington University in 1996, and I’ve had the pleasure of working in the fashion and beauty industries ever since.
As Dr. Stoker’s patient coordinator, I guide our patients through the surgical process. I love getting to know our patients and helping them to feel and look their best. My goal is to provide a truly exceptional patient experience.
Being a part of an elite team is a pleasure and a privilege. Dr. Stoker’s work is stunning, and his compassion, enthusiasm, and care equal his skill. Working here is inspiring in so many ways.”
I started my career in 1992 as a receptionist for the chief of plastic surgery at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. For more than 20 years, I’ve worked my way up to practice manager and administrator of our outpatient surgery center. Additionally, I’ve worked as a medical aesthetician, for which I still hold my California license. It’s so exciting to be a part of a growing practice since its inception. I feel honored to work with such a fantastic team of co-workers and under a plastic surgeon who has impeccable skill and devotion to his work and family.
I love living and working by the beach and often boast that my office, which overlooks the marina, has the best view in Los Angeles!
I joined the team in April 2014 as a registered nurse. I enjoy working with our patients, preparing them for surgery preoperatively, and caring for them postoperatively. I am a part of the surgical team, providing support to the OR staff during surgical procedures to ensure the best possible outcomes. I make certain our patients have the best experience before, during, and after their procedures.
I joined Stoker Plastic Surgery years ago as a front office administrator. My experience here inspired me to pursue a career in nursing. During my 3 years of nursing school, I continued to work with Dr. Stoker’s team in both administrative and clinical roles. The combination of formal education and hands-on learning here with Dr. Stoker helped me get to where I am today. Now that I have graduated from nursing school, I am excited to contribute in my position as a Registered Nurse on our Stoker Plastic Surgery team.
I have a passion for medicine and patient care. I come to work each day equipped with a genuine smile and a positive attitude to make every patient feel comfortable and at ease. One of my favorite parts of the job is comparing before photos to final results. I love seeing the joy on our patients’ faces when they’ve reached their cosmetic goals.
Since the age of 13, I knew I wanted to pursue a career that involved helping others. I was a personal trainer for a decade, and the feeling of inspiring clients to achieve their goals has been one of my greatest rewards. From there, I became interested in skin and nutrition.
Because of my training background, I look internally when I see an external skin issue. There is usually an internal cause, so it is important to first decipher what the skin is trying to tell us.
As a California and Texas licensed aesthetician, I am driven to provide the latest beauty, medical, and anti-aging modalities to my clients. I am honored to be a part of Dr. Stoker’s tribe here in the Marina. I’m glad to be working at a practice where my co-workers have the same dedication and care that I strive to have each day.
I’m certified in numerous peels and procedures including the SkinCeuticals® Micropeel and Micropeel Plus, SilkPeel®, LHA treatments, oxygen infusion, microdermabrasion, microneedling, and LED therapy. I’ve served as a national educator and instructor for L’Oreal and La Roche-Posay, teaching proper techniques to nurses and aestheticians. I’m also skilled in postoperative treatments and camouflage makeup.
I enjoy combining my knowledge of the latest treatment technologies, extensive knowledge of skincare products, and impeccable customer service. I ensure that my patients achieve their best possible results. My goal has always been to exceed my patients’ expectations.
I am a certified surgical technician who specializes in plastic surgery procedures. After 9 years of growth and experience as first assistant in plastic surgery, I am excited to now be a part of Dr. Stoker’s surgical staff.
In addition to having a strong work ethic, I stay abreast of new techniques, equipment, and procedures in this industry. I enjoy using my skills to support Dr. Stoker and our surgical team, and I am vigilant with my co-workers to maintain a sterile, organized, and professional surgery center.
As a natural redhead with a fair complexion, taking care of my skin has always been an important part of my life. Because I also have a passion for helping people, I decided to couple my interests and join the medical skincare industry. Being a member of Dr. Stoker’s team has given me the opportunity to explore my passion while being introduced to new and exciting surgical procedures.
I love sharing with our patients their surgical journey, from the moment we meet at their consultation to their long-term follow-up after surgery. When I am not working, I am studying to become a physician assistant. I aspire to soon become a medical professional, just like my colleagues on the wonderful staff at Stoker Plastic Surgery. They are truly an inspiring and talented group of people!
After graduating from Purdue University with my undergraduate degree, I completed my nursing degree at Los Angeles Harbor College. I am now a licensed, registered nurse with over 16 years of experience in cosmetic and plastic surgery. Patients have told me that I have a gentle touch and natural results with treatments including dermal fillers, Botox, Ulthera, IPL (Photofacial), laser hair removal, Laser Genesis, PRP (Platelet Rich Plasma), Kybella, chemical peels and microneedling. Listening to patient concerns and providing expert advice, I customize a plan for each patient to achieve their goals and bolster their confidence. In addition to my extensive experience in the above treatments, I am also certified in Cool Sculpting. My keen insight into the needs of patients along with exceptional technique have made me a welcome addition to Stoker Plastic Surgery.
