In my office every consult leaves with a prospective cost sheet that delineates exactly what procedures are to be done and exactly the cost of each one. At the bottom of the cost analysis sheet (quote sheet) it clearly says, “This quote will expire in 90 days”. I have no desire to have patients hold on to cost quotes for any longer without re-evaluation of both their issues and level of interest.

I do a fair amount of bull-horn lip lifts better called a sub-nasal lip lift. The scar hides nicely and it can elevate the central aspects of the lip very well. The drawback is that this lift does little to elevate the most lateral aspects of the lip. There are no photos to look at here but assuming you have excess drooping skin in the neck area with visible jowl fullness the answer is simple….you need a facelift/necklift and possibly some submental (under the chin) neck liposuction.
