There is puffiness of the upper chest and also a mild droop of the nipple. This could be pseudo-gynaecomastia or gynaecomastia. Thanks for your question.Yes, it is possible to change your eyelid crease to a lower position and improve your look.Depending on the technique used previously, scar tissue or suture material would need to be removed and a new fold created. Therefore it can only be revised through an open technique at this stage.If you did a suture blepharoplasty and the fold was too high, the suture can be removed within 2 weeks through a small incision, but it would be difficult now.

Thanks for your question.The width of your chosen implant must fit your body’s dimensions. If it is too narrow it will produce a wide cleavage which looks unnatural. If they are too wide they can encroach into your armpits. There is about a 2cm range we can consider depending on your preference.With regard to choosing the profile it just depends on the look you want.
