Eventually, he made a fellowship in Cleveland Clinic in USA. Returning back to Turkey, he has worked as an academician in University hospitals and become a professor in 2010. After three years service in Bahcesehir University, in Istanbul, as a Dean, he founded Babuccu Aesthetic Center in 2014 with his colleague and wife, Dr. Berfu Babuccu.

He has many speeches and published scientific articles in international journals.

He has memberships in Turkish Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Association, Turkish Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery, Turkish Society of the Wound Care, The
International Confederation of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (IPRAS), The European Wound Management Association (EWMA), The International Society of Plastic Surgery (ISAPS).

He is senior surgeon especially in Post-bariatric surgery and reconstructive surgery.
