Thank you for your questions. It is difficult to fully assess your nose as multiple views are needed in order to create the best plan. I perform closed and open a Rhinoplasty and there are key indications for each. Schedule a consultation with a board-certified plastic surgeon experience in rhinoplasty and he or she can create a 3-D simulation to show you what can be accomplished through either method. It all depends on the look you are going for. The nice thing that in our practice we have the vectra 3-s simulation system that can show you your options with different size implants and with or without a lift.
