There are definitely several options that may help you and a lot of it depends as well on your underlying anatomy but it is sometimes possible to get much better contour with minimally invasive liposuction combined with skin tightening [i.e. jplasma or laser lipo]. Would love to have you come into the office to discuss it further in detail and see what your goals are!

That definitely a great question, I would recommend starting with 1-2 cc of voluma and reviewing the results as you get along, you can always add more if necessary. If you end up loving the results you can either continue with fillers or consider an implant in the future as well!

Based on the pictures I would say the best course would be to place implants in a subgladular [below the breast tissue plane] which will allow us to release that constriction. A higher profile implant will likely result in an internal lift as well and avoid the need for any other external scars. Would love to discuss this with you further in person!

Liquid rhinoplasty seems like it would be a great option for you although seeing the whole nose would make it easier to determine. It works very well with removing and blending in dorsal humps! Its a quick in office procedure and you get to go home the same day within minutes!

You do already have good features, so it really does depend on what you are looking for. Usually for patients who do have a slightly more oval appearing face I discuss a combination of hyularic fillers to the cheeks and possible masseter botox which really gives an overall more youthful appearance. In your case I wouldn’t recommend anything too drastic or extreme but just more for enhancement purposes!

You do have several options that would definitely help! Given that you had some weight loss already, liposuction in conjunction with some skin tightening would really help improve the area below your chin and improve overall neck contour as well. Fillers can be used to the jawline as my colleagues have mentioned as well to help further define the jaw and can be used to add voluma to your chin as well instead of placement of a permanent implant!
