I don’t think that your breasts would end up being perky from a breast lift alone. I think that implants would cause your breasts to be too big. I would recommend a breast reduction with implants to meet your goals.

It is a personal choice where in your case the nipple is at the inframammary crease. When it is lower you need a lift and when it is above you don’t. In your case I think your tissue is going to be strong enough to hold the implants up. Just a guess but if you implants stay high then the nipple is going to look funny as low as it it in relation to them. If you didn’t have such a strong inframammary fold I would say just implants. However, without any more information I would go for the lift.

Yes you are a very good candidate for liposuction at your age. I think that you should be able to expect a very good outcome from liposuction of your flanks and abdomen.

You are on the verge of a symmastia. However you can still go bigger. It is going to require reinforcing the attachments of your skin in the medial part of your breast. With this you should get an absolutely spectacular result as you have done some preexpansion with these 300cc implants and prepared the way for a great outcome that you could not have gotten the first go around.
