In reality, it is often necessary to combine approaches. WIth you, I would think that the deepfillTM approach would be best. The bad news is that you need about 3 milliliters of filler on each side

I like to wait for two weeks post op before applying makeup close to the eye lid incision. Mineral makeup is milder and has less effect on the skin in general. Facial makeup away from the incision is okay much sooner
