You may exercise following Zeltiq, although stretching may be a bit uncomfortable. Swimming is not a problem. Most patients resume all normal activities after Zeltiq.

There are many prescription topical creams, foams and lotions available for dry, cracked heel skin. Most of these contain urea and some contain lactic acid or glycolic acid. Some over the counter remedies include Glytone Heel Cream, AmLactin Lotion, Savannah Bee Company Hand Balm (but good for heels!) If these are not helpful, Vaseline Petroleum Jelly, applied thickly to heels with socks worn overnight is usually very effective. This should be repeated nightly until your heels…

The birth control pill works for some women with acne, especially women past their teenage years. It is not a cure. The best treatment for acne depends on many factors such as age, overall health, character of the acne, extent of the acne, how much it bothers you and so on. If your acne is severe the best treatment may be a course of Accutane. This treatment is intensive. You should be taken care of by a dermatologist if you are considering Accutane.

Both peels work for acne. Salicylic acid peels work for average, regular acne. Glycolic acid peels work better for those with acne and acne marking. A series of glycolic acid peels works well for those with post-acne marking even if their acne has resolved.
Is There an OTC Cream That’s Effect in Removing Brown Spots from Years of Sun Bathing?

The age/sun spots you have will not go away with over-the-counter creams. Even prescription bleaching creams do not do a good job of bleaching these spots. Wear a good sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher, broad spectrum) and limit your time in the sun so you won't get more spots! Laser works best for these. Liquid nitrogen is less expensive and should work.
