Wrinkles underneath the eyes can be frustrating. The muscle around the eye sometimes becomes thick will cause wrinkling and a “bulge” especially when smiling. Botox/Xeomin/Dysport will help relax the muscle. A small amount of filler will definitely help with the hollowness. Lines underneath the eyes can be very frustrating! Wrinkles underneath the eyes can be caused by a multitued of factors. The wrinkles in your case are due to thickening (hypertrophy) of the orbicularis oculi muscles which are the muscle that help close the eyes. Hi there,You may want to try to actively train yourself not to frown especially when concentrating. Botox/Xeomin/Dysport will definitely help with the furrows and you may see the results with a small amount of Botox. Also I recommend an SPF of 30 for sunscreens.
