Accutane will help improve acne, but it will not help the scars. Laser is best treatment option for most acne scars.

The redness the you notice is not scar.  However, over a period of weeks or months it will be more clear if there are any permanent scars. In the meantime avoid further laser treatment , and avoid sun exposure.

TCA peel is not a good or viable option. Your best bet is laser tattoo removal in a medical setting, by a trained dermatologist.  You will need multiple sessions, and can expect the pigment to slowly become lighter, and in some cases disappear.

Your best choice is liposuction, using tumescent technique. This can be done in an office setting under local anesthesia, and you may even be able to go back to work ( depending on the kind of activity you are engaged in).

You should do fine. The chances of scarring are low, but still there. You need to protect yourself from the sun, use sunscreens.Keep treatment area clean. Usually applying Aquaphor healing ointment is a good choice.
