Hello There, Yes it is possible for a mole to recur after excision. Even with clear margins, sometimes moles can recur and should be re-excised, especially if the initial lesion demonstrated atypical features microscopically. I would recommend checking in with your dermatologist for re-evaluation and most likely a re-excision

Hey there, I know that surgery can be frightening, but remember that the goal of Mohs micrographic surgery is tissue conservation, maximal tumor surveillance and improved cosmetic outcomes. Hey there, after Mohs surgery sometimes minimal drainage can occur normally; however, because of the saturation of the bandage and due to the pink discoloration, it may be a good idea to check in with your surgeon for a clinical evaluation. Best of luck!
