Laser is definitely the best treatment choice. You want to be certain to go to a well trained board certified dermatologist that is well versed in laser technology. I perform this treatment in my office often, it takes about 10 min, and the vein is gone after on treatment. I use a long pulsed Nd:YAG laser.

Fraxel is an excellent choice for both men and women who are looking to refresh their skin and build some collagen. There are many different types of fraxel out there and even more if you consider all fractionated lasers. Eyebrow shaping is one of my favorite uses of Botox! You most certainly can stop a raising eyebrow (even when you don't know you're doing it) and can shape the eyebrows to frame the face. Most definitely go visit a board certified Dermatologist for evaluation. Please remember not everyone has the skill and artistic ability to frame your face and thus be sure to look up the qualifications of your doctor.

The physician you choose should be able to work with you to achieve the desired result. I'd recommend seeing a board certified Dermatologist as the skin and aging are their main focus. You could also consider Botox in the upper lip. It does an excellent job at preventing the upper lip from rolling under when smiling and makes more of the pink part of the lip show without needing any filler injections.

Seeing an eye doctor (not an optomotrist) to evaluate your eyes and ensure there are no underlying issues is a must. Once you know your normal and everything is ok you definitely can treat eyebrow/lid asymmetry with Botox. I do it all the time in my practice to even things out and stave off surgery. In both instances, research your doctor well and be certain they're board certified and have the proper training.
