Answer Snippet
Is a Soof lift best for my festoons?
Surgical treatment
Mar 4, 2021
I would recommend both. Lower lid blepharoplasty with festoon removal and SOOF lift will help smooth the area and create the proper lift for lower lid support.
How can I remove under eye lines?
Treatment options
Mar 4, 2021
I would recommend creams such as Skinceuticals or Lumiere by Neocutis. Botox or Xeomin injections can also help with fine lines at the crows feet.
My Latisse expired in 2016. Is it OK to use?
Expired use
Mar 4, 2021
I would recommend obtaining a new prescription. Old ophthalmic medications can cause eye irritation.
What is needed to get rid of dark circles?
Treatment options
Mar 4, 2021
Creams such as Skinceuticals or Perle or Lumiere by Neocutis can help with the thin and dark circles under the eyes. Surgical options, such as a blepharoplasty, can also be considered
Can these skin tags under my eyes and on my face be removed?
Treatment options
Mar 4, 2021
The lesions on your face can be removed, typically in the office under local anesthesia. Dark circles can be treated with creams, I recommend the Skinceuticals or Perle by Neocutis, or even cool cucumbers!
I recently had my eyebrows microbladed. How long should I wait before receiving Xeomin injections?
Healing time
Mar 4, 2021
I would recommend waiting until after the 14 days. With microblading the skin surface can become irritated and this may be increased with the injections
It’s been three weeks after I had my prosthetic eye changed and it’s still tearing up. Why is this ha
Tearing
Mar 4, 2021
Tearing after a change in the prosthesis could be due to irritation from the fit. I would recommend having it checked to make sure the fit is proper
