LAT flap breast reconstruction after upper back lift?

The LAT flap is dependent on perforating vessels through the muscle out to the skin. A torsoplasty may have interrupted these vessels depending on the surgeon and his technique. The short answer is probably not a candidate. 
Can fluid build up from latissimus dorsi clap cause fluid to also build around lung?

At 5 weeks there is still inflammation around the site of surgery that may cause fluid. But not necessarily because of the implant. I would recommend to follow up with your plastic surgeon about this fluid. 
Is It’s safe to keep my left capsule in, right one was taken out due to Capsulated implant?

A capsule is an expected reaction of the body to an implant. They are usually removed or altered when you develop a capsular contracture as you described on your right breast. Unless there are any issues with your left side, it should be fine. Make sure you follow up with your plastic surgeon on a regular basis.

Hyaluronic acid fillers approved by the FDA in the United States to use (Juvederm, Restylane, Bellotero, Versa) do not contain those allergens that you mention.However, if you still have a concern, you should do a skin test in the office prior to injecting your face, just in case. 
How can you remove the "bunched up" skin around the eyes that appear when smiling?

The answer to your "bunching up" of skin is going to depend on how much skin is bunching. Botox will only relax the muscles around the eyelid that create the crows feet. Laser resurfacing works by tightening the skin and helping to minimize wrinkles by inducing the skin to make a smoother surface. If there is too much skin a lower lid blepharoplasty and/or midfacelift may be the answer. In person consultation is best. 
If I am allergic to Revolax lip fillers can I try other brands?

Revolax is an inexpensive over the counter filler that is cross linked. It is also not legal to inject this filler in the States as it is not FDA approved. Doing a test of the filler (even elsewhere) can be a good idea. This way you verify that you're not allergic to a specific filler. If you do not have a reaction then you may proceed to have the filler injected at a later day.

You can do filler after having it dissolved. Ideally, you would want to wait 7-10 days to let all swelling subside. If it's only a small area it should be ready after 3 or 5 days.

Dermal fillers are safe as long as you put yourself in the right hands. They can be a temporary solution that won't hurt your milk ducts if done the right way. However, I would recommend to stop the fillers at least a year before breastfeeding and restart once you're not breastfeeding anymore.

Depends on the state that they practice but in general they are allowed to perform fillers. Also nurses, physician assistants and dentists. I would caution patients to go to places where these products are too inexpensive (too good to be true) or inexperienced providers.
I have been injecting for the last 8 years and still learning every day. Fillers and Botox are procedures that have possible serious complications; always put yourself in the best hands. The rule of thumb is if the provider...

The marionette lines that you are referring to can be improved with filler. Laser can help erase these lines too. A facelift can also help correct these stubborn lines.
Can Voluma in cheeks be melted with a laser?

Voluma is a highly cross linked filler that is hard to dissolve, dilute or melt with anything else than Hyaluronidase. To my knowledge there are no studies that support melting this filler with laser.

HBOT is safe and it helps with wound healing in general. Not a contraindication if you have fillers in your face.

During a face lift the tissues under the skin can be lifted, tightened and trimmed to rejuvenate the cheek and neck and jawline. In some patients when they ave excess muscle in their neck (large bands); some of it can be trimmed or cut to create a nicer jawline and neck contour.
In general, muscle is not removed from the face; but in some cases excess muscle can be removed from lower lids or the neck.
Can electromagnetic stimulation (EMS) cause under eye filler to migrate?
Not to my knowledge.

It sounds that your brow may be a little low. That can be repositioned and there are various procedures that can be used; even non-invasive ones.
The lower lid veins can be treated with either lasers or IPL. Face-to-face consultation would be ideal to make the best treatment recommendations for you.
