Yes , you do have mild case of tuberous breast. The areolae are large, and the breast tissue is pushing through the areolar ring. The lower part of you breast is under-developed, relativise to the upper half. Consult a surgeon who has experience with this issue… probably an implant, with some manipulation of the breast tissue in the lower half, and an areolar reduction will be the way to go. Don’t just agree to an implant alone as a solution is my advice.

Asymmetrical breast procedures are more complex and often take longer to reach near symmetry. I advise patients that if you start with asymmetry, you will end up with some asymmetry, but that you will be closer to symmetry. Follow your surgeons instructions and be patient.
3 months post op Rhinoplasty, is my nose crooked?

The best person to ask is your treating surgeon. Swelling in Rhinoplasty takes at least 12 months to settle down on average. Small amounts of asymmetry at 3 months is usually nothing to worry about. The breathing problem on the left may be due to a smaller nostril opening (as it appears on you photo) or from lack of tissue strength along the outside of the nostril… this can be corrected. Be patient!!
