1 I can’t say for sure without seeing the front angle, but I guess that you don’t need a rhinoplasty at all. By don’t need, I mean “will not benefit significantly enough from it to justify the risks/costs/downtime etc”
2 I’m not sure what you think symmetry means, but it doesn’t apply to the side profile…maybe you mean proportional?
3 The photoshop you’ve done…may look good to you from side on, I’m imagining what that “after” nose will look like from front and side and I’m thinking not…

Unhappy with nose 6 months post rhino, in your opinion is it botched?

The key issue when it comes to revision is “Is my nose worse than it started?”. If it’s not, and yours definitely isn’t, revision is not a good idea. It may not be a bad idea, but it’s definitely not a good one. You need to wait until 12 months, and talk to your surgeon. And stop wasting your mental energy thinking about it until then, it’s not useful.

2. You can’t expect anyone else to work it out for you. I mean, I’m just gonna say that what you don’t like is the reality that we live c. 70 years and then die, and most of what we do in that time is meaningless.

If you want natural, great, natural is what you’ve got right now. Bumpy, crooked, disproportionate in whole or part, basically just 2 snot tubes at the bottom of a sticky out bit situated somewhere below the eyes, yet above the mouth. It’s the amazingly weird and beautiful product of 500 million years of air breathing terrestrial evolution since that one fishy crawled out of the ocean, having gotten lost riding his bike back from the pub, and took the first breath of atmospheric oxygen*….

Which filler? When in the past? How much? Anyways, the answer to the question you are circuitously asking i.e. “Should I get this filler dissolved preop”, is YES, preferably a good few months before surgery.

I feel the dorsal hump is getting bigger 5 months POST filler for nose. What should I do?

I can’t imagine how filler could actually, fair dinkum, make the bump bigger. Psychologically I can definitely understand how it might feel like that though. Looks to me like the filler is still visible in the tip so I’m not sure what happened to the dorsal stuff. I’m presuming you’ve never taken cocaine, which is one thing that certainly can cause progressive midvault collapse.

I guess the lesson is that filler in the nose is just a tool and just doesn’t get the job done always.
