The answer is you can do either! If it's still early in your recovery of your eyelid surgery, I'd wait until at least 3 months sometimes 6 months before doing anything your results could still be taking shape. Both are great options if you are not happy with your results. I hope this helps!

Botox can impair your surgical results if you have undiagnosed brow ptosis. If your surgeon is aware of your brow ptosis and is addressing it during your upper eyelid surgery it most likely will not affect your results. How can you make sure your surgical results aren't compromised? Be sure to remind/tell your surgeon you have had Botox so that they can take it into account before they take you to surgery. Thank you for your question. Judging from your photos here it and from what you are saying, you are a good candidate for a lip lift outcome! You have volume in your lips, but your philtrim is a little on the long side in these photos. Thank you for your question. Lower eyelid blepharoplasty is a wonderful surgery to get rid of under eye bags that make you look tired and the appearance of dark circles. You can try filler first if you don't want to have surgery, but I would recommend another type of filler for tear through deformities such as Restyane or Belotero instead of Juvederm. You are correct if you have brow ptosis and only have a blepharoplasty performed, the brow will drop even lower. Resulting in a lower brow, masculine appearance, and an unwanted aging affect on the area. It does look like you can benefit from a brow lifting procedure. Thanks for your question! Belotero is a great filler that integrates nicely with the skin (it's actually in my opinion the best filler for tissue integration-so it looks very natural). The risks associated with it are the same with any filler.
