Your photos show marked asymmetry with the right breast more saggy than the left , I think the best treatment is bilateral breast lift and augmentation using different implant size.

It is noraml to have slight change in the sensation after any surgery including nose surgery , this will improve with time,you will be fine.

To go down acup size without a lift ,I suggest removal of both implants , leave tissues heal and retract for 3 or more months, then have bilateral breast augmentation again using smaller size implants
