Hello! Thank you for your question. The best non-surgical, minimal downtime, vaginal rejuvenation treatment out there (in my opinion) is the diVa vaginal laser. It is a hybrid laser that helps increase stimulation, lubrication, and helps with laxity in the vagina. The diVa takes only 3-5 minutes, and has no downtime at all. You can go play tennis right after if you wanted! The only restriction we give after diVa is nothing in the vagina until the discharge stops (2 days- one week usually)…

I was glancing at others who answered your question, I don’t believe any of them mentioned the diVa vaginal laser. This is a non surgical vaginal rejuvenation therapy. In my office I have seen my patients have long last results, we recommend that all patients do yearly maintenance treatments, but some have gone as long as 2-3 years, and their symptoms of incontinence, dryness, and lack of arousal were still not back! If you want long lasting results I suggest the diVa.

If you lack desire, no amount of diVa or O-shot will change that. If your libido is lacking you should have your hormones tested. If you are having vaginal dysfunction again, talk to your diVa provider and see what settings they used, if they did not increase the laser settings at each treatment, it may not have been used to the full potential to give you lasting benefits. I cannot quote any direct studies for you, but diVa vaginal laser therapy does help with postmenopausal dryness. Many of my patients have commented they are much more lubricated in the vagina after diVa. I would also suggest having your hormones tested. DiVa works best when you have estrogen therapy as well, whether that be through a cream, or pelleted estrogen.
I had the O-Shot a month ago and I haven’t been able to have an orgasm since. Any suggestions?

Unfortunately, sometimes it can take a few months to feel the benefits of the O-shot. Also, sometimes patients may need to have another O-shot. I would not do another O-shot for atleast 6 months. Give your body time to heal and use that PRP injection. Don’t lose hope! It can take time!

Thank you for your question. If it is bothering you, and you are feeling insecure about sex, then you should absolutely do something about it. The best procedure (in my opinion) for light laxity and stress urinary incontinence, would be the diVa vaginal laser.
